Employment related personal assistance supports are available to those Utahns who have a disability, have Medicaid, and work a minimum of 40 hours monthly.
Supports may assist you in money management, shopping, transportation, mobility, and accessibility, home chores, and other areas depending upon needs.
Family Advocacy offers EPAS Service Coordination in the following
counties: Box Elder, Cache, Daggett, Davis, Duchesne, Morgan, Rich,
Summit, Uintah, Wasatch, and Weber.
Family Advocacy will assist you in
gaining and/or maintaining access to employment-related personal care
services. Family Advocacy may also provide information and assist you
in referrals for medical, economic, social, educational, and other
services to support gainful employment opportunities in a community
setting.
